Depending on what you’ve ordered, you can expect the following delivery timeframes:
- Our standard turn-around time for un-branded orders is about 3 working days from the time of order confirmation.
- Our standard turn-around time for branded orders is about 10 working days from the time of order confirmation.
- For larger jobs with multiple brandings, delivery may take longer. We’ll let you know if your order is expected to take additional time as soon as possible.
- Made-to-order and custom garments take about 8 weeks from order confirmation
NOTE: Order confirmation is the point where all details are confirmed and approved by you, not from when the order is first submitted.
In the rare case that we’re unable to meet that date, we’ll let you know as soon as we can!
